Prum Graacher Himmelreich Trockenbeerenauslese Shining mahagony colour. Very rich but at the same time fine nose with dark aromas of toffee, black bread and roast aromas together with dried apricots, dates, salted almonds and cold smoke a little hint of volatile acidity. On the palete brilliant concentration, oily texture with juicy acidity, very well balanced never ending complex finish with lots of roast aromas.
