On *31st July, **Holistic Nurturing Health Hub (HNH Hub), in collaboration with **Rotary Club of Winam, Kisumu, brought together third-trimester mothers, caregivers, children and healthcare workers for an important conversation on **preventing childhood disability and protecting the developing brain*.

Through real-life case studies and practical discussions, we explored *risk factors, birth preparedness, safe delivery, newborn care, early identification of developmental concerns and the importance of early intervention*.

We were reminded that *prevention begins before birth* and that timely action during pregnancy, delivery and the early years can make a lasting difference in a child’s life.

We are grateful to *Rotary Club of Winam* for not only partnering with us in this vital awareness initiative but also supporting expectant mothers and caregivers with *diapers, soya, rice and milk*.
