Registered by the Directorate of Social Development in 2024, our organization is rooted in the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
Located in Kisumu West Sub-county, HNH Hub emerged from a deep commitment to empower individuals and families through holistic approaches that integrate cognitive, emotional, and physical health. Our team is dedicated to fostering optimal neurodevelopmental outcomes by addressing the diverse needs of children, recognizing the vital role that family and community play in each child’s journey.
